Hello, I’m Erin Tucci, a UX Designer who builds engaging, results-driven experiences.

I focus on creating seamless digital products that connect fans with the teams and venues they love. At Sharks Sports and Entertainment, I've led numerous projects that have transformed our online presence and deepened user engagement.

I led multiple website redesigns for SAP Center, Sharks Ice, and the San Jose Sharks, ensuring our digital platforms were accessible, intuitive, and consistent. In the Sharks + SAP Center mobile app, I redesigned the core user experience, leading to a significant increase in fan adoption and engagement. I also enjoyed creating unique experiences for special events, like the celebration of Patrick Marleau's career and our various theme nights, which all helped to create memorable moments for our fans.

My design philosophy is rooted in my personal passion: food. Growing up in the Bay Area, I developed a love for exploring diverse flavors and appreciating the art of a great dining experience after working in a bakery and a restaurant. This passion led me to Johnson & Wales University, where I dove into the world of delicious food and hospitality while learning about design. 

To me, a great restaurant is like a great user experience: every detail, from the moment you walk in to the final bite of dessert, is carefully considered to make you feel welcome and satisfied. This is the same care and attention I bring to my work as a UX designer. I strive to create experiences that are not just functional, but genuinely enjoyable.
